Mr. Jonker is a 2019 graduate of Pepperdine University School of law, who joins the firm with extensive experience as a law clerk while in law school. His pre-qualification experience spans the spectrum, from personal injury and employment disputes, to corporate organization and governance, to cross-border mergers & acquisitions and international arbitration. His legal practice focuses upon corporate law (including corporate formation, mergers & acquisitions, governance, general business contract law, and business disputes), employment and compensation issues, Internet and data privacy, and intellectual property law.

Mr. Jonker was born and raised in Louisiana. He holds a bachelor's degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, a masters degree from the University of New Orleans, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
